On Friday, June 9th, the entire M.M. staff participated in "A Day of Value 2023", M.M.'s dedicated celebration of the principles that define us as a company.

Following the launch of M.M.'s Values Charter in 2022, this year's annual corporate event focused on the value of COMPETENCE.

We spent an intense day filled with moments of listening and discussion, reflecting the work done in the training sessions leading up to the event. Our guest for the day was Alberto Salomoni, a professional volleyball coach, who engaged us with an impassioned speech about teamwork.
