M.M.’S “POTABLE” PRODUCTS: FIND OUT WHAT WE’RE TALKING ABOUT!
M.M., which deals in the Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) field from over 40 years, has now created a new FRP product line specifically designed for the drinking water environment.
The certification of the FRP product goes through the points of the D.M. 174/2004 norm (Italian decree that follows the application of the European Directive 98/83/CE DWD – Drinking Water Directive) because M.M.’s FRP:
- uses suitable raw materials;
- the migration limits, both local and specific of the elements (monomers, additives, fillers, coloring agents, processing carrier substances, etc.) in water complies to the established limits;
- does not alter of the organoleptic characteristics of the potable water.
M.M. products meet all these requirements, this is why they have been authorized by the Italian Health Ministry and have obtained the "ACS" certification (issued by the French General Health Direction).
The ladders are the mostly adopted products by water supply managers and operators because they are perfect for the installation in plants as those of fixed extraction, treatment, supply and distribution of potable water. They are installed in surge and collection tanks as well as in sewerage manholes.
